“The Young Co. is a two-year educational platform for 17-25 year-olds, and SRT’s investment in future stage talents. Members are selected from open auditions held annually. The Young Co.’s two-tier model of training aims to help students build vital theatre skills enabling them to establish themselves in the local theatre scene with a thorough, holistic training by dynamic theatre trainers who are themselves specialist teachers, jobbing practitioners and employers.”
